Cost for peace of mind starts at $199 per month per website.
Our WordPress Website Care Plans are billed monthly at the beginning of each month. If you wish to cancel at anytime, just let us know before the next billing cycle and we will stop services.
As a WordPress Website Care Plan client we offer custom website updates to your site at a discounted rate of $175 per hour. We only bill for the time taken and nothing more.
For clients not on a Care Plan the cost is $250 per hour.
Each plan is for a specific domain or subdomain for one site. If you have multiple websites then we offer a discount for more than 3 sites, please contact us.
Our team will be in touch with a secure way to send us logins.
Yes, we manage all kinds of WordPress websites. We do not offer services under this plan for WordPress multi-sites but everything else should be fine. If in doubt send us an email and we can take a look before you commit.
Yes! While we include hosting on our server, if you need to stay with an existing host, we will do our best to accommodate that. We have worked with all kinds of hosts over time. Rarely, we encounter issues where the plan cannot be implemented due to a conflict with your hosting company. However, we will identify any potential issues before charging you for your first month of service. Please be aware that some hosting companies perform better than others. If we are addressing site speed issues, we may suggest our hosting or another hosting partner to help you achieve faster website performance.
You can either email us at info@maiainternetconsulting.com or once we install our care plan plugin on your website, you can send a request via the plugin.
We cannot continue offering our plugin licenses for free once you cancel your monthly plan. We can deactivate the plugin from the site, or give you an opportunity to purchase a new license to keep the plugin active on the website.
We do not. We have chosen to become experts in WordPress and to do that we have focused on WordPress websites for nearly 20 years, so that is where our expertise lies.
Our monthly reports are sent to your email account. You may need to add our email to your whitelist in order not to have them go to spam. Reports come from support@maiainternetconsulting.com.
Each report starts with a summary and then details the work we have done on the website for the time period.
Included in the report is; traffic for the month, site and plugin updates uptime monitoring, backups, security, and performance analysis.
